Packet Pickup

All athletes must show valid ID. No ID. No Race. No Exceptions.
You can not pick up any race packet other than your own
Athletes must be USAT members or pay for a One Day License ($15)
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present at packet pickup
Timing Chips will be given out RACE MORNING at packet pickup and must be worn for the whole race
T-Shirts will be given out at the Packet Pickup. The first 300 people are guaranteed this years design
Beach balls to all finishers!

6:00am	Packet Pickup Opens	Evangola State Park NEAR TRANSITION
	Transition Opens
6:15am	Body Marking Begins	bring a marker to mark your friends
7:30am	Pre-Race Meeting - Mandatory	transition area
7:45am	Transition Closes	everyone out!
	Packet Pickup Closes	where's your timing chip?
	Body Marking Ends
8:00am	RACE START	at the beach
12:00pm	Course Closes	must cross finish line by noon
12:30pm	Post Race	transition will be closed. all athletes must gather gear.
TBA	Award Ceremony	please be patient while results are tabulated and awards are generated. while waiting for the award ceremony to begin, cheer on your fellow athletes and enjoy the BBQ. it is a party after all!
