  • The water is typically in the 60's to low 70's
  • Bike course will be the same as the sprint course.
  • Run course is 1 loop on a mixed terrain of grass and pavement.
  • There will be 2 aid stations on the run course. Athletes will have access to water and electrolyte drink

Kids

KIDS RACES WILL NOT BE HELD IN 2023

Kids 10 and under     SWIM 50 meters | BIKE 1.5 miles | RUN .65 miles
Kids 11 - 15                 SWIM 100 meters | BIKE 3 miles | RUN 1 mile

  • Swim starts on the beach and water is shallow for younger group
  • Bike couse that is flat and fast!
  • Run course is a mixed terrain of grass and pavement
  • If your child is a novice and falls into the older category, they may participate with the younger group.
